The development will have 24-foot wide paved streets, street lighting, and city fire and police protection. Houses are built an 3/4+ acre lots (or more) and there are building covenats and restrictions enacted by the Board of Directors in THE REPUBLIC (for example, size, building materials, no modular homes, no house trailers, and no vinyl siding). We will build your house for you (plans must be pre-approved by the board), or you may purchase one of our already built houses.
